Association Connection customizes our services to the specific needs of the client and to maximize the membership experience. Each client is assigned to a team of association managers who will fully immerse themselves in knowledge of the association to provide the highest level of service to the Board and members.

Association Managers

Each client is assigned a team of Association Managers to provide the support and oversee every aspect of your association’s administration. Your Association Manager will be available to attend Board meetings, chapter meetings, and other association events.

Membership Management and Retention

Association Connection provides powerful database management for all aspects of your membership; including active, inactive, prospective, non-member meeting attendees and more!

We promise a timely response and follow up to requests for information regarding membership guaranteeing top-level response to members, prospective members, and Board members.

Our team will work to ensure that monthly or yearly dues billing and processing is completed to provide higher levels of member retention.

Event Management

Site Selection – Assist in locating the ideal venue for your chapter meetings and/or conferences. Association Connection also provides logistical planning of meetings/conferences including, but not limited to, meeting room set up, audio visual arrangements, and food and beverage.

Event Administration – Provide event administration including E-Mail marketing, website management, hard copy promotion, event registration, nametags, on-site support, and post meeting evaluations.

Publications and Communications

Newsletters – We use professional publishing programs to create newsletter layouts for both printed and electronic formats. Association Connection will coordinate the printing and/or electronic distribution of the newsletter.

Printed Promotional Materials – Your administrator will work with you to create professional-quality flyers, announcements, postcards, programs, membership directories and brochures.

E-Mail Marketing

The Association Connection team is knowledgeable in a wide variety of E-Mail marketing tools to provide high caliber of communications with your membership. Our current product experience includes, but is not limited to; CONNECT, Constant Contact, CVENT, Eventbrite, MemberClicks, and Survey Monkey. Whatever product your association is currently using for E-Mail marketing we will gladly continue to use this tool for communications.

Website Management

We will work with the Board to maintain your web site with current information including calendar of events, chapter information, board members, etc.

Association Headquarters

Phone Service – Each association is given their own private line at Association Connection. A professional, courteous receptionist will answer each call Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time Zone).

E-Mail Monitoring – Your association management team will monitor your email address and provide quick and timely responses to all emails Monday through Friday.

Physical Address – Mailing address and a location where your members are welcome to stop in with questions or needs.

Filing and Archival – Your association will be given storage space for archival of your required files.
(i.e. non-profit documents, financials, etc.)

Office Equipment – We provide the equipment needed to run your association – computers, printers, fax, scanner,
copier, and credit card processing.

Offsite Backup – Each night our electronic files are securely stored in an offsite backup.

Financial Administration

Association Connection provides financial bookkeeping in QuickBooks, providing regular reports to the treasurer/board of directors. We will also prepare and make regular deposits, process accounts receivable and accounts payable, provide credit card services (merchant account), and coordination of tax preparation with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Continuing Education Credit

The Association Connection team will prepare and submit programs for approval of Continuing Education (CE) credits appropriate to your industry. We will also handle filing the CE Rosters for the attendees after the meeting.
