Headquarters & Infrastructure

Association Connection can provide your association a permanent home and professional staff, thus creating continuity for your board and members year after year.  We provide the infrastructure and professional services needed to efficiently manage your association.

 

  • Phone Service – A dedicated phone line with a professional, courteous receptionist to answer calls, Monday through Friday, 8:00am and 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time Zone).
  • E-Mail Monitoring – Your Association Administrator will monitor your email address and provide quick and timely responses to all emails Monday through Friday.
  • Physical Address – Mailing address and a location where your members are welcome to stop in with questions or needs.
  • Filing and Archival – We provide secure storage for both your physical and electronic files, including a nightly offsite backup.
  • Office Equipment – We provide the equipment needed to run your association.
